The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee

Six quirky students compete in the annual Putnam County spelling bee, which is run by three equally quirky adults. This musical brings out the nerdy competitor in all of us, and challenges the audience to see if they could do as well as the students!
The undergraduate cast includes: Amnon Carmi as Chip Tolentino (also Jesus), Alexis Attinoto as Logainne SchwartzandGrubenniere, Zachary Palumbo as Leaf Coneybear (also ‘Carl Dad’), Evan Bramberg as William Barfée, Natalie El Dabh as Marcy Park, Bessie Bulman as Olive Ostrovsky, Sara Bogomolny as Rona Lisa Perretti (also Olive’s Mom), Brett DiCello as Douglas Panch (also Olive’s Dad) and Jason Sleisenger as Mitch Mahoney (also ‘Dan Dad’).

Eldred Theater is located on the Case Quad behind the Mills Science Center.
The box office is located on the ground level of Eldred Hall, 2070 Adelbert Road. The box office is open the week prior to performances, Monday-Friday, 12-5 pm, and one hour before curtain on all performance days. Reservations may be placed on voice mail at any time.
